Returns:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products. If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to determine if your return is eligible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jhenbeautysupport@gmail.com. Please include your order number, clear photos showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. After reviewing your request, we'll work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Item Received:
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the item received, and a brief description of the issue. We'll resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Exchange:
Exchange are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are unable to offer exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or purchased in error.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jhenbeautysupport@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
Refunds:
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
